R&D Technician Salary Negotiable
Job Description:
1. Responsible for quality research of R&D projects and related experimental analysis and testing for new product development; technology introduction, transformation of new achievements, and other technological innovation work;
2. Analyze and summarize experimental data, write analysis reports, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of experimental data;
TasksRequirements:
1. In good health, master's degree or above, with a background in biology; those with study/work experience in fermentation production or R&D, strain cultivation, etc. are preferred;
2. Proactive and meticulous in work, organized, highly responsible, rigorous and aspirational, able to endure hardship, and fond of research and learning;
3. Skilled at integrating resources, communication and collaboration; good organizational coordination and communication skills, team spirit, and strong execution ability.
