Product Overview and Characteristics

L-Valine is one of the essential amino acids for animals and belongs to the branched-chain amino acids. Animals cannot synthesize it themselves and must obtain it from the diet. In highly fortified swine diets, valine becomes the fifth limiting amino acid and is very important for muscle protein synthesis and immune function. Feed-grade L-valine is produced through microbial fermentation, and the product is a white crystalline powder with L-isomer purity ≥98.5%, complying with the GB 7300.104 national standard for feed additives. It is suitable for piglet, sow, poultry, and aquatic feed, and is particularly important when formulating sow milk replacers and high-lysine piglet diets.

Lactation Promotion

Adding valine to the diet of lactating sows can significantly increase milk production, elevate the concentrations of prolactin and growth hormone in lactating sows, increase milk dry matter and fat content, and improve the growth and development of piglets.

Branched-Chain Balance

Valine works synergistically with leucine and isoleucine to balance the amino acid nutritional composition of feed, complete the supply of branched-chain amino acids in low-protein diets, increase weight gain, and reduce the feed-to-meat ratio.

Immune Support

It meets the maintenance needs for animal growth, reduces the risk of nutritional metabolic diseases caused by valine deficiency, improves animal immunity, and provides important support for highly fortified swine diets and poultry feed.

Nitrogen Reduction and Environmental Protection

In low-crude-protein diet programs, it complements lysine, threonine, and tryptophan, reduces the dietary crude protein level, decreases nitrogen emissions, and supports environmentally friendly farming.
